Privacy Policy

Farm to Fork is owned and produced by Dual Entertainment Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect through farmtofork.com.au, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you contact us: your first and last name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
- When you join the Farmer’s Post mailing list: your email address and, if you give it to us through the contact form, your name.
- When you browse the site: technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location (city or region), collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We don’t ask for sensitive information and we don’t collect payment details on this site. You can browse and use every recipe without giving us any personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or request.
- To send you the Farmer’s Post and other updates you have agreed to receive: recipes, news and updates about Farm to Fork, and about other Dual Entertainment shows and products.
- To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam or misuse.
Email updates and unsubscribing
We only send marketing emails to people who have asked to receive them, by subscribing or ticking the updates box on our contact form. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email us at hello@farmtofork.com.au and we’ll remove you.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you, and only for that purpose:
- Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) manages our mailing list.
- Microsoft 365 handles our email.
- Kinsta hosts our website.
- Analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, help us measure site traffic.
- YouTube provides the videos embedded on the site. It may set its own cookies when you play a video.
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to Australian law.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to remember things like your preferred units on recipe pages and whether you’ve already seen our sign-up pop-up, and to understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but some preferences won’t be remembered.
Keeping your information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@farmtofork.com.au.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your personal information, please email us first and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
